PURPOSE: A molded article forming apparatus for manufacturing a plastic lens is provided to reduce fault of the plastic lens by automatically inputting upper and lower molds and automatically discharging molded articles. CONSTITUTION: An upper conveying member(3) and a lower conveying member are slidably installed on a fixing frame(2). Funnel-shaped plates are installed on the upper conveying member(3) and the lower conveying member. Molds are coupled to the funnel-shaped plates. A centering distance checking device(40) is positioned between molds. A tape winding device(70) is provided to bond a tape to an outer portion of the molds. A mold input/output device(50) is provided to input/output the molds. The mold input/output device(50) has upper and lower supporting plates and a discharging plate. A tape cutting device(90) is provided to cut the tape while bending a part of a front end of the tape.
