PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooter for truck mixer agitator and a truck mixer agitator capable of enhancing the fluidity of freshly-mixed concrete while reducing the load of a worker. SOLUTION: In this shooter 9 for a truck mixer agitator 1 for carrying freshly-mixed concrete from a rotary drum 5 loaded on a body 3, a vibrator 17 for generating vibration is mounted thereon. Accordingly, even if the worker does not insert the vibrator to the freshly-mixed concrete in the shooter, the fluidity of the freshly-mixed concrete C carried in the shooter 9 can be enhanced by the vibration from the vibrator 17 mounted on the shooter 9, and the load of the worker can be reduced.
