摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a planographic printing plate having little contamination on a base, high printing durability and showing stable and uniform ink accepting property for all over the plate even when the planographic printing plate is developed by coating with a small amt. of a developer by a DTR method, by using a developer in a specified amt. per 1m<2> of the planographic printing plate and incorporating a mesoion compd. into the developer. SOLUTION: The applying amt. of the developer is specified to <=60ml per 1m<2> of a planographic printing plate and the developer contains a mesoion compd. The amt. of the developer on the planographic printing plate is preferably 10 to 60ml, more preferably 20 to 50ml. The mesoion compd. used is expressed by formula. In the formula, Z is O, S or NR3 , R1 is a substd. or unsubstd. alkyl group, aryl group, substd. or unsubstd. amino group or heterocyclic group, and R2 , R3 are hydrogen atoms, substd. or unsubstd. alkyl groups, aryl groups, substd. or unsubstd amino groups or heterocyclic groups.
