PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite output circuit with high quality of an output signal (video output) by controlling an output impedance so as to adjust a waveform of the output signal from an output terminal. SOLUTION: A comparison result of an analog comparator 71 controlling a level of an output signal with a setting level controls selection of driving the output signal outputted from an output terminal 3 with an output of a buffer 4 of a low impedance and an output of a high impedance division resistor or driving the output signal with only the output of the high impedance division resistor and a level generated by applying resistance division to a level of a power supply is used for the setting level.
