The server 1 is provided with a transaction providing database 12 for storing transaction providing information including the information transaction destination ID of the transaction provider and a transaction request database 13 for storing the transaction request information of a transaction requester corresponding to a case identification number. When the transaction request information is registered to the database 13, it is judged whether the transaction providing information related to the transaction request information is stored in the database 12 (step 94).
