PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the positional deviation of an intermediate transfer body by improving the transfer rate of toner on the intermediate transfer body and restraining an image on which transfer central blanking is caused. SOLUTION: This image forming device 20 is equipped with a plurality of image forming means having a photoreceptor 40 on which an electrostatic latent image is carried, and equipped with a primary transfer means 62 transferring a toner image on the photoreceptor 40 to the intermediate transfer body 10 and a secondary transfer means 22 transferring the toner image transferred to the transfer body 10 to transfer material P. The primary transfer means 62 is at least provided with the intermediate transfer body 10 having the layer of an elastic body 12, a cleaning means 17 cleaning the intermediate transfer body 10 and a supply means 50 supplying lubricant 50b to the intermediate transfer body 10.
