PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging processing system that a user can inexpensively use without worrying about the data communication rate. SOLUTION: In this charging processing system 1, a data communication rate to be generated when contents provided on a Web site are used by a user is managed, and the user and a contents provider who provides the contents are allowed to share the charging of the data communication rate, and a claimed sum added with the sharing rate of the charged sum is calculated, and a bill is outputted to each of the user and the contents provider. Thus, it is not necessary for the user to share all the amounts of the data communication rate, and it is possible to make the contents provider share the proper amounts of the data communication rate according to the contents. |
