PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demonstrate the synergistic effect of a consumer service and a parking fee discount service by a point card without making a consumer feel troublesome and without wasting resources and to secure the consumer as a regular customer by utilizing the point card as a parking ticket as well. SOLUTION: A point card system is provided with the point card to which points corresponding to the purchase amount of the consumer are rewritably written, an entrance gate device writing the entrance time of a parking lot 20 to the point card, a parking fee adjusting device adjusting a parking fee and writing parking fee adjustment information to the point card and an exit gate device reading the parking fee adjustment information written in the point card. |
