<p>The device is designed for automatic adjustment and tuning of automatically replaceable boring tools used in NC machines. It improves the stability and the vibration resistance of the boring tool, as the adjusting mechanism is fabricated outside its body. Simultaneously digitally controlled movements along the axes and oriented stopping of the spindle, which are used in all NC machine and with automatic replacement of the tools, is used. The device includes a mechanism for the adjustment of the radial shifting of the knife of the boring tool and mechanism for removing the clearance of the knife, fitted in a canal of the tool. The knife contacts an adjustment screw for removing its clearance. The adjustment mechanism comprises an adjustment disc (22), supplied with spring-actuated element (25) the profile end of which is designed for free fitting in an appropriate hole in the adjusting screw (5). The mechanism for removing the clearance of knife (3) includes a disc (12) for freeing and removing the clearance between the knife (3) and the canal in which endpiece (6), supplied with an actuation spring, is fitted.
