PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera with a user interface technology that can easily select an image to be transferred in the electronic camera where master and slave images of the same image pattern are intermingled. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is configured to comprise an imaging section that picks up an object image to generate a master image, a slave image generating section that reduces the resolution or the color of the master image to generate a slave image, a transfer setting section that sets a transfer schedule to the image selected by a user entry, and a transfer section that selects the image to which the transfer schedule is set and transfers the image to an external transfer destination. The slave image generating section is characterized in that the generating section releases the transfer schedule of the master image and automatically sets the transfer schedule to the slave image when the slave image is generated from the master image to which the transfer schedule is set. |
