PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk which has eccentricity correctly corrected though slipping in the rotating direction. SOLUTION: The amplitude of a TE signal is detected by a minimum value detection means 20 and is compared with a reference value by a comparator 10 to detect slip of the disk, and the extent of eccentricity held in a storage means 5 is measured again when a flaw detection signal 22 is not outputted.
