PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile information terminal automatically transferring middleware corresponding to the state change of the mobile information terminal to the built-in memory of a DSP(digital signal processor) in real time, a middleware transfer method therefor a program thereof. SOLUTION: A state monitoring part 7 monitors the state change of the mobile information terminal and reports the monitored result to a middleware transmission control part 4. The middleware transmission control part 4 reports in which area of a memory 6 for middleware storage the middleware corresponding to the state change of the mobile information terminal reported from the state monitoring part 7 is stored, to a CPU 3. The CPU 3 DMA-transfers the middleware based on the reported information of the area from the memory 6 for the middleware storage through a bus 8 to the built-in memory of the DSP 5. Thus, by using one general purpose DSP, a plurality of functions corresponding to the state change of the mobile information terminal are realized.
