INSTRUMENT PANEL INTEGRATED WITH AIR BAG MODULE

PURPOSE: An instrument panel integrated with an air bag module is provided to easily inflate and deploy an air bag by transmitting the expanding pressure of the air bag only to an opening of an instrument panel and an air bag door unit. CONSTITUTION: An air bag door unit(30) is placed in an opening of an instrument panel(10). The air bag door unit is integrally injected with an air bag module door and a scream seat. The air bag door unit is rotatably supported on the rear upper end of a guide frame(40). When an air bag is inflated, the air bag door unit and the instrument panel are pressurized. Then, the air bag door unit rotates upwardly by the expanding pressure of the air bag, and the opening of the instrument panel is opened rapidly. Thus, the air bag is inflated promptly through the opening.
