PURPOSE: A real time advertising system and method of an Internet broadcasting relay service is provided to obtain an effective advertising effect in accordance with an Internet broadcasting relay by inserting an advertisement in an Internet broadcasting being broadcasted in real time. CONSTITUTION: If a broadcasting starting signal is received from an Internet broadcasting station server(S101), a broadcasting station relay server transmits broadcasting remaining time information(S102). The broadcasting station relay server transmits broadcasting contents being transmitted from the Internet broadcasting station server to a client server(S103). The broadcasting station relay server selects advertising information to be broadcasted(S104). If a broadcasting remaining time becomes '0'(S105), the broadcasting station relay server stops a broadcasting of the broadcasting contents(S106) and transmits the selected advertising information to the client server(S107). The broadcasting station relay server transmits a broadcasting advertisement remaining time to the Internet broadcasting station server(S108), and the Internet broadcasting station server counts-down the broadcasting advertisement remaining time(S109). If the broadcasting advertisement remaining time becomes '0'(S110), the broadcasting station relay server stops the broadcasting advertisement and retransmits the broadcasting contents being supplied from the Internet broadcasting station server to the client server(S111).
