PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation composition having excellent effects such an antioxidation, bleaching, control of skin wrinkles, moisture retention of the skin, keratin removal, protein synthesis, depending upon the kind of a physiologically active ingredient contained in a nano-sized emulsion particle since the emulsion particle improves stability of the physiologically active ingredient which is contained in the emulsion particle. SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing the emulsion particle having several to scores of nanometer size comprises use of lecithin as an emulsifying agent by utilizing a tocopherol derivative of chemical formula (I) (R1 , R2 and R3 are each a methyl group and at least one of R1 , R2 and R3 is a methyl group; A is CH2 -CH(CH3 ) or CH=C(CH3 )). This skin care preparation composition comprises the nano-sized emulsion particle.
