PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently collect data while suppressing a burden to an apparatus. SOLUTION: A system program and system data in a first nonvolatile memory 11 are transferred and written through a bus 14 to a second nonvolatile memory 12. The second nonvolatile memory 12 is separated from a socket 15. The second nonvolatile memory 12 is set to an existing ROM writer. The system program and system data are read out from the second nonvolatile memory 12 and loaded to a personal computer. |
