PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine cogeneration air conditioner of high safety and high heat efficiency. SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 7 of a gas turbine engine 3 is extended upward, and an air conditioning part 9 using heat energy of exhaust gas is provided straight above it, so that the exhaust pipe 7 extended upward is covered with the air conditioning part 9. The air conditioning part 9 has a dehumidifying rotor 12, so that moisture adsorbed by the dehumidifying rotor 12 is desorbed by heat energy of exhaust gas. A desorbing zone 17 of the dehumidifying rotor 12 is positioned on the underside, and length of the exhaust pipe 7 of the gas turbine engine 3 is shortened, thereby a high temperature part is shortened, with which improves safety.
