PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple oil passage structure, to improve assembling workability, and to secure axial strength in a clutch device communicated with a multi-systematization oil passage. SOLUTION: This oil passage structure for the clutch device is provided with an input shaft 1 having a hollow hole in the end, a pipe member 30 arranged concentrically in the hollow hole 1a of the input shaft 1 and provided with a hollow part extending in the axial direction of the input shaft 1, and the clutch device 20 arranged in the end of the input shaft 1 and communicated with first, second and third oil passages. The first oil passage includes the hollow part (passage a) in the pipe member 30. The second oil passage includes a clearance (passage b) formed between the outer circumference of the pipe member 30 and the inner circumference part of the input shaft. The third oil passage includes a clearance (passage c) formed between the outer circumference part of the input shaft 1 and the inner circumference part of a stator shaft 27 facing the outer circumference of the input shaft 1.
