PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems in piping work where an injury is caused by a hand of a workman hitting an exposed portion of a clip and the clip is difficult to attach when there are many connecting portions since the clip has to be externally fit from above. SOLUTION: In a pipe connecting structure, joints are respectively provided on both of a pipe end of a connecting pipe and a pipe end of a pipe to be connected to the connecting pipe, the joints are mutually abutted, and the clip having an opening is attached to an abutting part. The cover is attached covering all of the connecting pipe, the pipe to be connected, and the clip. The cover has a protrusion part abutting on a fold back part of the clip in an inner circumferential face, and it is provided with a locking part for preventing falling-off from the connecting pipe.
