PURPOSE: A method for making package goods with the Internet charged contents and a distribution method thereof are provided to make a contents consumer examines diverse package goods as an alternative plan through a single contract and to give an opportunity for selecting the new contents package goods combining more than two to the contents consumer. CONSTITUTION: A contents provider of the Internet charged contents makes the contents by processing the information, loads the contents to a web server, and restricts the use only to a customer passing the certification. The customer makes a contract with the package seller. The customer requests the certification by connecting to the package seller. The package seller provides a certification key to the customer after a verification procedure. The customer receiving the certification requests the constructing by connecting to a server of the contents provider. A contents providing server confirms a value of the certification key and provides the corresponding contents to the customer.
