PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed structure of a lining material to a panel body capable of easily fixing the lining material to the panel body without using adhesives and readily conducting discriminating between the panel body and the lining material in the case solid waste treatment or the like. SOLUTION: A fixed member 3 of the lining material 2 consisting of a basic piece 3a coming into contact with a side end face 2a of the lining material 2 and a holding piece 3b bent inwardly to ward the rear end edge of the basic piece 3a and coming into contact with the rear side of the lining material 2 is inserted into a gap 5 formed between a holding section 4 of the panel body 1 and the side end face 2a of the lining material 2, and a locking claw 6 provided to the basic piece 3a is engaged with the inside end face of a return piece 4a to lock the fixed member 3 to the holding section 4.
