PURPOSE: A band grinding apparatus for a conductive roll is provided to maintain uniform conductivity between the conductive roll and a steel plate by preventing impurities from sticking to a surface of a band. CONSTITUTION: The band grinding apparatus(1) includes an actuating section(10), a grinding section(20) and a paper section(30). The actuating section(10) generates an actuating force so as to perform the grinding work with respect to a surface of the band. Fixing bases(13a), moved up and down by first cylinders(12b), are located each side of a plating reservoir. A moving bar(16) and a fixing bar(17) are located between the fixing bases(13a,13b). Gear boxes(24a) and eccentric grinding rolls(25a,25b) are located in the grinding section(20). The paper section(30) moves sandpaper.
