PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric for reinforcement that can hold high interfacial adhesion and acquires good mechanical properties even where a matrix of low fluidity is used. SOLUTION: Fiber bundles using warp 2 and weft 3 are roughly knitted so that the reinforcing fiber bundles F may form the spaces 4 alternately. Further, at least one of the reinforcing fiber bundle F of the warp 2 and the weft 3 is fuzzed to form fluffs k thickly on the surfaces of the bundles and a number of unevenness are formed on the bundles in the longitudinal direction.
