PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet obtained by simple bookbinding and at a low cost without a gathering error. SOLUTION: This booklet obtained by bookbinding is constituted of a continuous form which is doubly folded together in a zigzag fashion through a crosswise sew line printed on both face and back in the sequential order of pages with the crosswise sew line, an adhesive-applied margin which is formed in such a way that it is superposed over the sew line formed on one side part of the superposed part of the continuous form and firmly bonded with an adhesive and a cut part which is cut along the sew line of the other side part. The method for manufacturing the booklet comprises the steps to form the adhesive- applied margin, in such a manner that it is superposed on the sew line, on one side part of the superposed part of the continuous form with the crosswise sew line, printed on both face and back in the sequential order of pages after being doubly folded in a zigzag fashion through the crosswise sew line and cut the other side part along the sew line after forming the spine part consisting of the adhesive-applied margin obtained by applying the adhesive to the margin.
