PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning tank device capable of surely cutting off water of a valve element on the lower side of a valve element vertically superimposed and arranged in a water storage tank, and capable of easily coping with the change of a wash water quantity supplied to a toilet bowl and different drain performance of the toilet bowl. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl cleaning tank device has the water storage tank having a drain port for draining wash water, a valve device having the first valve element for opening and closing the drain port and the second valve element superimposed and arranged on this first valve element, and a valve opening means for selectively opening the first valve element and the second valve element. A drain passage of the second valve element is formed in the first valve element. A fluid pressure receiving part is integrally arranged with the first valve element for receiving fluid pressure of the wash water passing through the drain passage when opening the second valve element in this drain passage.
