PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorinated copolymer whose cured film is excellent in marring resistance, a film-forming composition containing the same, a reflection-preventive membrane, a reflection-preventive film and a display device. SOLUTION: A reflection-preventive membrane excellent in reflection- preventive performance and marring resistance can be obtained by using a fluorinated copolymer represented by formula 1: wherein Rf<1> is a fluorinated alkyl group having a 1-30C straight-chain, branched or alicyclic structure and may have an ether linkage, Rf<2> is a 1-5C perfluoroalkyl group, A is a constituent having at least one reactive group which can participate in a crosslinking reaction, B is an optional constituent, a to d are respectively molar fractions of each constituent and respectively represent values satisfying the relations of 55<=a+b<=95, 5<=a<=90, 5<=b<=70, 5<=c<=45, and 0<=d<=40. |
