PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability, reliability and designedness. SOLUTION: In a unit room 1, a floor part 3 is composed of a floor panel 8. Piping 31 is preinstalled in a lower part of the floor panel 8. For example, an elbow is used as the piping 31. After installation of the floor panel 8, a decorative panel 20 is mounted on a top surface of the floor panel 8. A floor flange 30, which is connected with piping 31, is mounted on an upper part of the decorative panel 20. The floor flange 30 is used for connection, for example, with a toilet stool. This can enhance the workability, the reliability and the designedness.
