PURPOSE: A disk clamp device is provided to secure safety of a plane and improve accuracy of writing in clamping a disk. CONSTITUTION: A disk clamp device(23) is composed of a disk mount surface part(18a) on which a record medium having a disk shape is mounted, the disk mount surface part including a part which faces an innermost circumference surface of the record medium, and a part which faces an outer circumference surface situated further out than the innermost circumference surface, wherein the part which faces the innermost circumference surface of the record medium has a same height as a height of the part which faces the outer circumference surface situated further out than the innermost circumference surface.
