PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movable mirror for a beam scanner which can be prevented from being broken by coming into contact with other components without using any dedicated buffer material and to make the mirror more resistive against a shock and more lightweight, and lower in manufacture cost while making the mirror small-sized. SOLUTION: The movable mirror 43 for the beam scanner swings a mirror 45 connected to a magnetic body 11 by using the magnetic force generated by applying a current to a fixed coil 18 to deflect the light beam emitted by a light emitting element 1 by the mirror 45 and then scan an irradiated object, and also makes the return light from the irradiated object incident on a light receiving element 19 and adhesives 51 which have specific elasticity after setting are bonded to at least four corners of the reverse surface 53 on the opposite side from the reflecting surface 55 of the mirror 45 formed in a rectangular shape so that the corner parts are covered. |
