PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes some time to open a control board box without fail before a probe is fixed. SOLUTION: A control board case 20 is composed of an upper resin case 21 and a lower resin case 22. A board mounted with a ROM 12 as an IC can be nearly hermetically housed in the board case 20. A recessed part 25 is provided to the upper resin case 21 just above a mounting position where the ROM 12 is fixed; and ellipses 25a where probes 31 can be inserted are bored in the base of the recessed part 25 of the upper resin case 21, corresponding to the arrangement of the feet 12a of the ROM 12. Consequently, a probe unit 30 is mounted on the recessed part 25 of the upper resin case 21, and the probes 31 of the probe unit 30 are brought into contact with the feet 12a of the ROM 12 to check the ROM 12 even when the case 20 is closed.
