PURPOSE:To unnecessitate notice classification, which is executed by a user such as an operator at a bank or a post office, to a bill issuing source. CONSTITUTION:The class of a bill is discriminated by an OCR read part 13. Based on the discriminated class of the bill, one of integrating boxes provided at a classifying and integrating box part 18 by issuing sources is decided, and a notice (one part of the bill) to the issuing source cut by a cutter 16 is stored through an integrating box selection part 31 to the decided integrating box as above mentioned. Thus, the notice is stored for each issuing source, and the notice classification to the bill issuing source by the operator is unnecessitated. |
