PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life-type butterfly valve capable of elongating the life of a rubber lining. SOLUTION: An inner face of a valve casing 2 is coated with the rubber lining 11, the rubber lining 11 is prepared by alternately laminating soft rubber layers 12 and gas impermeable material layers 13, and the soft rubber layers 12 are mounted on an outer layer as an adhesive face to the inner face of the valve easing, and an inner layer as a liquid contact surface.
