PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system, capable of increasing output when the initial alcohol concentration of an alcohol-containing aqueous solution inside a container is increased. SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system is equipped with a power generation part; a container 10; an anode passage 9; an alcohol-containing aqueous solution recovering mechanism recovering the excess amount of it of the alcohol-containing aqueous solution supplied to the anode passage 9; and a flow rate control means controlling alcohol-containing aqueous solution supply amount Jm (mL/min) from the container 10, according to the alcohol concentration of the alcohol-containing aqueous solution inside the container, estimated from data recorded as a change with the passage of time by corresponding load current to the operation time, and (1) to (3) of formula 1 is satisfied.
