PURPOSE: A method for a circular signature based on identity information is provided to suggest a circular signature method based on identity information for a stabilization and anonymity characteristic using bilinear pairings. CONSTITUTION: A system parameter is created for a circular signature(201). A public key and a secret key of a signer having an ID requested by the singer are calculated(202,203). The signer creates a predetermined value 'A' possessed in 'G' and calculates an initial value(Ck+1) of a circular signature(204). A predetermined Ti possessed in a random number with respect to the initial value(Ck+1) of a circular signature is selected, and a continuous additional circular signature value(Ci+1) is calculated(205). A circular signature value Tk is calculated with respect to the additional circular signature value(Ci+1) using a signer's secret key(206). The signer defines the 'n+1' number of circular signature values and transmits the values to a verifier(207). Blind information is removed from the circular signature received from the signer, and a circular signature is recovered. A validation of the circular signature is verified(208).
