PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a component supplying apparatus having a variable supply unit position variable in response to change of a conveying width of a board. SOLUTION: A tray type component supplying apparatus 20 is provided along a movable frame 124 of a circuit board conveying/supporting unit. The apparatus 20 has a plurality of trays 260 stacked in a tray containing case 222, and houses electric components one by one in a plurality of component housing recesses formed on a receiving member housed in the tray 260. The arbitrary one tray 260 is positioned in a component supply height by vertically moving the case 222. The tray 260 is moved to a supply position near the frame 124 or a retracting position far from the frame 124 by a tray moving unit 280. A supply position of a fixed frame can be changed in response to a change (approach or separation of the frame 124 to or from the fixed frame) of the conveying width of the printed circuit board 26. The movement of the tray 260 from the retracting position to the supply position is guided by a guide rail 360 fixed to a base 10 and a guide rail 362 fixed to the frame 124. |
