PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install handrails to wall surfaces in rooms in a manner well fitted to the wall surfaces having spandrel wall portions below. SOLUTION: A spandrel wall panel 1 is attached to a lower portion of a wall surface, a parting member 2 is attached to an upper end portion of the spandrel wall panel 1 and a hand supporting portion 3 is formed to the parting member.
