PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multifunctional terminal equipment where only one or a plurality of specified users are permitted to be used, without troublesome operations such as inputting of passwords, and unauthorized use, alteration, and theft of information can be prevented, when multifunction terminal equipment is connected to a radio portable terminal and data are exchanged. SOLUTION: When multifunctional terminal equipment is connected to the radio portable terminal and data is exchanged, individual information such as a password, and the ID number and the telephone number of the radio portable terminal is identified by the equipment.
