摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring with high sensitivity and high resolution, position information of a radioactively labeled organism-related material sample immobilized in the spot state on a porous sheet. SOLUTION: This autoradiography comprises a process for arranging a support sheet where the radioactive material labeled organism-related material sample is immobilized in the spot state and a stimulable phosphor sheet inside a flexible bag-shaped article (or a sealable cassette) in the mutually superposed state, a process for acquiring a laminate formed by sticking mutually the support sheet and the stimulable phosphor sheet by depressurizing the inside of the flexible bag-shaped article (or the cassette), a process for exposing the stimulable phosphor sheet by radiation from the radioactive material label of the organism-related material sample immobilized on the support sheet inside the flexible bag-shaped article (or the cassette), while keeping the stuck state of the laminate, and a process for acquiring radiation concentration information, the position information or the like of the radioactively labeled organism-related material sample spot from the stimulable phosphor sheet subjected to the exposure process.
