MOLDING SAND DAMPING RAMMER

PURPOSE: A molding sand damping rammer is provided to prevent vibration to be transferred into a worker when performing a molding sand hardening process by spraying pressurized air into a head of a rammer. CONSTITUTION: A molding sand damping rammer includes a rammer head(4), a handle(5), and a connecting member for connecting the rammer head(4) to the handle(5). A spring buffer(7) is provided between the rammer head(4) and the handle(5). A joint(2) having a pipe section therein is provided to allow pressurized air to easily flow between the rammer head(4) and the spring buffer(7). A supporting rod(1) and a bracket(3) is coupled to each other between the spring buffer(7) and the handle(5). Pressurized air is sprayed onto the rammer head(4) through the bracket(3), the supporting rod(1) and the joint(2).
