PURPOSE: A device and method for forming a cross-linked polyethylene pipe is provided to improve productivity of the cross-linked polyethylene pipe. CONSTITUTION: An extraction forming device of a cross-linked polyethylene pipe is composed of a torpedo(1) forming a melted resin passage with inner diameter of 30-38mm and outer diameter of 42-46mm. A piston is installed with outer diameter of 15-25mm, and compression cycle distance of 20-35mm. A liner has a raw material inputting port of angles of 30-50 degrees with height of 25-50mm. A die(6) is provided with length of 600-800mm.
