PURPOSE: A microorganism reaction treatment apparatus for removing malodor is provided to simplify the apparatus and substantially increase removal efficiency by assembling a plurality of units for microorganism reaction media that are reacted with malodorous gas to maximize removal efficiency of microorganisms, and a microorganism reaction treatment method for removing malodor is provided. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism reaction treatment apparatus for removing malodor comprises an upper frame body(21) to which a plurality of units for microorganism reaction media(10) are connected, and on which a retention part(19) and a space part(52) for gas exhaustion are formed; a cover(22) covering the frame body(21) and the units for microorganism reaction media and comprising a water pipe(27) for dispersing water and moisture and a nozzle(34) for moisture supply; a blower(32) for supplying gas flown in through a lower inlet pipe(31) into the retention part(19) through a distribution pipe; a water supply tank(40) which is installed at a lower frame(29) to supply water and moisture to the retention part(19) and the units for microorganism reaction media(10); and a load sensor(50) which is inserted thus fixed between the frame body(21) and the lower frame(29) to measure moisture content of the media inside the units for microorganism reaction media(10).
