PURPOSE: An electronic album construction method is provided to enable a user to access a server over the internet, to select relevant moving pictures or static images and to edit them for making an electronic album. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user accesses a server over the internet, and the server offers a home page to a terminal of the user(202). The user passes a member authentication procedure(203), or if not a member, subscribes for the server as a member(204). The user selects some moving pictures or images among a list of the moving pictures and images displayed on a screen of the terminal by the server(206). The server searches for the moving pictures or images in a database if they are selected, and loads the searched moving pictures or images(207). In a case of moving pictures, an electronic album producing software executes the moving pictures, and the user selects frames among the moving pictures for editing the frames, and stores frames at a member database(208). In a case of images, the user stores the searched images at a member database(208). Then the user edits the frames of the moving pictures or the images stored at the member database(209) and produces an electronic album by using the edited moving pictures and images(210).
