摘要 PURPOSE: A method for checking bolt engagement is provided to allow for an automation of checking process and reduce manufacturing cost and time, while maximizing work convenience. CONSTITUTION: A method for checking bolt engagement, comprises a first step of mounting an ultrasonic generator to a predetermined position, scanning ultrasonic wave to the bolt coupled parts of products being conveyed along the production line, and permitting a high frequency vibration to occur at the cap of the coupled part; a second step of mounting a laser vibration measurement device at a predetermined position, scanning laser beams to the bolt coupled parts where the ultrasonic wave is being scanned, and measuring the reflected vibration frequency; a third step of detecting whether the vibration frequency measured by the laser vibration measurement device is lower than a predetermined frequency; and a fourth step of displaying a temporarily coupled state on a monitor if the vibration frequency measured by the laser vibration measurement device is higher than the predetermined frequency, and displaying a completely coupled state if the vibration frequency measured by the laser vibration measurement device is lower than or same as the predetermined frequency.
