PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign substance removing apparatus which has a simple structure and is miniaturized and arranged easily in a desired place and by which the foreign substance is removed without fail. SOLUTION: The foreign substance removing apparatus 10 for removing foreign articles 122 compose of a magnetic material in the vicinity of carrying passages 116a and 118a, through which the articles 122 composed of the magnetic material and articles 120 composed of a non-magnetic material are incorporated and carried, includes a base part 12, a magnetic force generating part 18 arranged on one main surface of the base part 12 for generating magnetic attraction, a supporting part 40 for arranging the base part 12 in a desired position in the vicinity of the carrying transporting passages 116a and 118a to be freely displaced and a means 31 for informing an operator of the attracting of the foreign substance on one main surface of the base part 12 by the magnetic force. |
