The brazing filler metal 240 is provided on at least one of the tube inner wall 210b or the inner fin 230 by the thermal spraying in advance. The brazing filler metal 240 is provided at an abutting part A where the tube inner wall 210b is abutted on the inner fin 230. The filler metal 240 is also provided on the inner fin 230 side. In addition, the area of the inner fin may be mad smaller and the thickness of the inner fin larger in the abutting part A.
