FIELD: manufacture of ceramic materials, applicable in manufacture of ceramic tiles and articles of engineering ceramics. SUBSTANCE: slip for manufacture of ceramic facing tile comprises, mas.%: argillaceous materials, 30-45; aggregates (quartz sand, tile scrap), 6-15; calcium-containing components (chalk, slag), 6-10, soda, 0.05-0.20; soluble glass, 0.1-0.5; and water, where 20-100% of consumed water contains slime waste of ceramic production obtained at coagulation clarification of waste water in the form of fine- dispersion impurities with 70-95-% moisture content of the following composition, mas. %: argillaceous component, 30-75; feldspar, 10-40; quartz sand, 1-25; scrap of articles, 1-25; coagulant and flocculants in the form of mixtures of salts and ferrous, aluminium, silicon hydroxides, 1-10. EFFECT: reduced consumption of water with simultaneous saving of natural raw material, improved caking ability of ceramic mass and enhanced strength of finished products. 1 tbl |
