<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the communication system of a mobile telephone capable of selecting connectable communicating other parties, without limiting the communicating other party to only one at communicating by using a packet switched network from a mobile terminal, and using the mobile terminal as the terminal of the communicating party. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a means for setting a base station constituted of wireless transmitter/receivers and routers at a pole or the like, a means for connecting those routers, a means for providing a position registering server for registering the position of a mobile terminal in the specific router, a means of enabling the base station to always monitor a received electric field from the mobile terminal, and for issuing a cell-switching request to the position registering server, when the received electric field is not more than a fixed level, a means for allowing the position-registering server to issue an instruction to deliver a packet to the optimal base station at receiving of the switching request.</p> |
