PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can maintain a high contact force of a contact without increasing protrusion volume of a contact part of a contact from an opening of a contact-containing part. SOLUTION: A first contact part 7 fitted at a free end of a spring part 5 and a second contact part 8 fitted at a free end of another spring part 6 both extending toward the same direction from both ends of an intermediate part 4, a third contact part 11 capable of contacting an object for contact 13, and a fourth contact part 12 capable of contacting another object for contact 14 are provided, of which, the first and the second contact parts 7, 8 come in contact with each other when the objects for contact 13, 14 are made to approach each other. The third contact part 11 is located between the first contact part 7 and the intermediate part 4, and the fourth contact part 12 is located between the second contact part 8 and the intermediate part 4, the distance between the first contact part 7 and the second contact part 8 smaller than that between the third contact part 11 and the fourth contact part 12. The third contact part 11 protrudes outside from an opening 1a of contact container 1, and the fourth contact part 12 protrudes outside from an opening 1b opposite to the opening 1a of the contact container 1.
