PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcast transmission method and data broadcast transmission equipment, where the contents (module) which are desired to be updated can be updated by desired timing and updated contents (module) can be displayed on a reception side, as fast as possible, in data broadcast of carousel transmission method. SOLUTION: The data broadcast transmission equipment, where contents are transmitted by module unit by using a carousel transmission system is provided with a means which detects updates information of a module in real time, a receiving means which receives an updated module when the updated information of the module is detected, a means which produces an updated carousel, on the basis of the updated module, and a transmitting means which stops module sending by carousel, which is in a course of sending and sends the updated module preferentially in accordance with the produced updated carousel. In data broadcasting thereof digital broadcast, this data broadcast transmission equipment is used, and the updated module is preferentially transmitted.
