PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD-ROM obtained by copying a homepage needed by an individual to a CD-ROM for individual that can be utilized as an individual information tool and a CD-ROM automatic manufacturing and vending machine for manufacturing the CD-ROM for individual. SOLUTION: This CD-ROM automatic manufacturing and vending machine can record various pieces of information such as the homepage needed by the individual on a raw CD-ROM, i.e., a recording medium of the raw CD-ROM on which information is not recorded. |
